Clicks uMlazi Mega city

I bought an iron at clicks Umlazi Megacity last year and yesterday it stopped working I returned it back today and they told me their guarantee is only one year and I didn't register for Russell Hobbs repairs of which I wasn't told about that registration I still have the receipt and a box , I request a new iron from them and it not the first iron I am returning to them clearly there a problem with their irons. Thank you
