CLICKS TYGERVALLEY - Fradulant Medical Aid Claims due to gross negligence and incompetency.

CLICKS TYGERVALLEY: Bought some medicine over the counter and not putting anything schedule 0,1 and 2 through the medical aid as usual . The teller unlocked the little medicine cage... We get the bill and paid with the debit card as we always do. Later the next week we get a call from Clicks Tygervalley saying that we need to pay +/-R130 for a product the teller with the only access in order to open the medicine cage forgot to scan... I then told the lady to get the money from the teller as it is not my responsibility to do her work and that it will actually teach her to take responsibility. 30min later they load a claim to my medical aid for the value of R177.76 without my authorisation. I am so mad and frustrated at this point as they do whatever they want and with no same whatsoever and get away with it as usual. Please check your slips and know that it is now your responsibility to scan and account for each item as Clicks does not take any responsibility for the gross negligence, incompetency and will find a way to do ********** claim if needed. I have now reported it at my lawyers and medical aid and so the investigation and legal actions begins....
