Clicks try to ***** from me continuously

Certain branches where I shop consistently over charge. What is on the shelf is not is what on the shelf. When you point this out to them there is an disagreement, then a reluctant change of price and never ever an apology. It's happening so many times that I no longer want to shop at Clicks. The staff are disinterested, silent and badly trained. This never used to be the case at any Clicks. The " computer " is blamed and the company hopes you won't notice or if so that you won't say anything. They think a few cents or rands doesn't make a difference to the customer. But it does to me. It's theft and it's done in a sly way as a lot of people don't keep an eye on what prices are being ring up.
