Clicks Trade Route Mall

Clicks has a service whereby you get a notification when your prescription is processed and ready for collection and this enables you to go straight to the collection counter as explained by the Pharmacist. I collect my medication from Clicks at Trade Route Mall and every time I end up disappointed every time. Today, I've been standing for more than 15 minutes at the collection counter and nobody assisted me. They assisted people who just walked to the front and everyone else and just walked past me and ignored me. I then asked a pharmacist assistant if somebody will assist me and told him how long I'm standing here, without even an apology, he just said okay and went to look for my medication. He came back and couldn't find my medication... In my personal opinion, this service is useless as it doesn't serve the purpose at all.
