Clicks Townsquare

Ordered meds online from Clicks Townsquare, one item was incorrect, I immediately called Clicks to inform them and I requested that I will bring it in to exchange for the correct item. I was very upset because they refused to exchange it, giving excuses of temperature etc. Essentially the meds is in its original box sealed, so I was very disappointed with these excuses. Not very helpful!!
