Clicks Town Square - lousy service at the dispensary

Clicks Town Square. I have had to collect scripts from the dispensary for the last few months and on every occasion the service has been pedestrian to say the least and today it was ridiculous a 50 minute wait whilst 2 customers "chatted" for 15+ mins with different attendant/pharmacists before they left. The service at Dischem is twice as fast for the same items and I am definitely thinking of going back even if I lose my Clicks benefits. I (There does not appear to be any sense of urgency and all my details are on my account??)
