Clicks took my money but won’t deliver the goods

I made a purchase of R586,94 on Clicks on 16 January 2023, and even though payment was done , i didnt receive any order confirmation. I want my money back. Clicks isn’t delivering the items I paid for , I want my money back from clicks . I did report this to the clicks customer care but they didn’t help. I sent to clicks my proof of payment and yet they refuse to refund me.
