Clicks Ticketing System Down For Over 2 Months and No-one cares

The Clicks at the All Saints Shopping Center in Northriding/Olivedale - Ticketing system has offline for over 2 months and the priority queuing system for repeat collections is no longer working. This was one of the most attractive reasons most repeat customers chose to use this store. It is however evident that all staff could not care less accept to say 'we logged a call'. There is no ownership nor escalation process to surface such issues. Very disppointing from Clicks especially when there is so much competition around. Seelan Pillay
