Clicks Theft
After being a loyal customer for over 30 years I am forced to end my associate with Clicks. I have To ALWAYS check my till slip and half the time I find the cashier has rang up the wrong amount. The staff refund me without even an apology The prices on the shelf and on the till slip do not correspond. We as the customer are being "******" simple as that. 3 times in the last 3 times I have shopped I have been overcharged and it's at different stores and random items. I have photographs of prices on the shelf and till slips. A total of R21. 00 in the last 3 occasions. Now if it's happening to me it's happening to 1000's of unaware LOYAL Customers.. Check your cash slip people we are being ******. Call it what you want it's theft. If I walked out of the store with goods valued at R21. 00 without paying I would be arrested for theft. How many items are there in each store that is incorrect? This could be costing the consumer millions of Rands. Unacceptable and I have been loyal for over 30 years.

This is what I experienced in the stores when I showed the staff my till slips and shelf prices. They did not care at all and NEVER apologies. Clearly Clicks does not need the R12 000 per year I spend with them and the R14 000 I spend at their pharmacies for chronic medication.. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I am now taking this to the Consumer Protector because I shudder to think how much money they are making by overcharging at the tills. ****************
