Clicks the worst. Go Dichem!

After being a loyal customer for more than 15 years, even Clicks has managed to be disappointing when it comes to customers.

I grew up when pharmacies were part of the community and the pharmacist new you by name. This is why Clicks was always my choice because of how they reminded me of how valued the customer is to them. But unfortunately after today I can comfortably say they have lost what set them appart.

Thank you Clicks Killarney for convincing me that new kids on the block @dischem is the way to go. That a 6 week old puppy could have you kicked out, refusing me medication and not even assisting me in looking after the pup outside just so I could get my monthly medication. Not a sorry sir but can I help by looking after, or sir can I get the medication for you while you waite outside, or sir please finish but remeber puppies are not allowed.

I went back twice to look for signage of any kind, nothing to have warned me but never the less, Clicks has lost there customer is King Values. Sad but I will handing in my club card and be doing my business at Dischem where the lady was so helpful and willing to keep my pup and actually play with it while I was getting my medication. Thumbs up Dischem it wasn't needed but you went out of your way.
