Clicks, the Grinch who stole Christmas.

I had ordered 3 Christmas gifts on the 13th of December off the clicks online shop. I had chosen the click and collect at Cornwall View Clicks. I am told 3 days to receive the items and I will get an SMS. The 21st comes and I haven't received an SMS, so I call the helpline and I am told that I will MAYBE receive the items on the 24th, a day before Christmas. So now it is 10pm on the 24th and I have received nothing from them. Not even a status update or apology. Now I have people who won't be receiving their gifts on Christmas day all thanks to clicks who cannot stick to their 3 day promise as advertised. I want rectification and not just an explanation. This is the worst service I have ever received and would of rather bought something elsewhere knowing I will not receive my gifts within 12 days. How hard can it be to pack 3 items at a store and tell me to collect? I will also be posting this to the official Clicks FB page.
