The worst customer service ever experienced, the manager at the store Thomas/Peter Ngwenya was very rude, he made up his own rules about leaving my bag unattended as there store has no parcel counter, I have shopped at the store countless times and never have I been forced to leave my bag unattended, I have always been allowed to carry it with me in-store as I do my shopping.
