Clicks terrible service

Very disappointed with the service I received from clicks I purchased items on the electrical sale my order went through and my money was deducted from my account. After the sale ended I received an email stating there was a problem with my order it did not get processed because of an IT problem and they want to refund me I sent an email stating I want the products I ordered because when I ordered online it was available and my money was taken out. They sent me an email saying they are looking into it and they don't have the SKUs nos how did URL take my money out if URL dnt have SKUs now they IT problem becomes my problem. I sent 3 emails and I'm not getting a response. Clicks have misleading customers don't have a sale if you cannot meet up to your customers needs now my money is with clicks and yourl dnt respond I need feedback on this matter ASAP.
