Clicks teller incompetence

I paid using "scan to pay" and money was debited from my account with the assistance of a teller at clicks polokwane, palm center. They insisted that the money did not go through despite showing them my bank statement on several occasions, on different days, trying to explain that the bank cannot reverse the funds. The inconvenience and trouble this has caused me is beyond infuriating, I've spent alot more money going to their store trying to prove that they have the money.
