Clicks Table bay mall

I had the most disgusting customer service yesterday at the pharmacy. It makes me so sick thinking back to it. I asked how long it would take before the pharmacist Amore Ferreira will help me and she (Amore Ferreira) came darting from the back and yelled at me that she would help me soon and that she is still busy, she did this in the most disgusting unprofessional way... and when she finally called me to help me, I told her that a script has been emailed through from the practice, and she immediately just loudly screamed "NO" and then turned her back to walk away from me. I stopped her to enquire more about why she wouldn't help me nor look at the email and her attitude towards me.. and just immediately treated me in a awful manner screaming at me and humiliating me in front of all the other customers. The script was sent directly from the practice(intercare century city), and never before has it been an issue with any pharmacy. I always get helped, and suddenly it was now a problem, she proceeded to threaten me by saying she was going to phone dischem to make sure that they won't assist me. Of course dischem did assist me, and they were amazing in doing so and treated me really well. My issue is not that I wasn't being helped with the medication I needed, but in the manner everything was done.I am so disgusted by how childish this pharmacist was and can't even believe it.. really expected more from someone who studied medicine. Needless to say, I will never be coming back to clicks for medication.
