Clicks Sunbel . Why do you still operate

On Friday 9 May i dropped a script for meds at the store. The clerk assured me the meds would be delivered. On 10 May after phoning for more than half hour to confirm that my meds were at the store, I eventually spoke to someone who confirmed the meds were ready for collection. I went to the store only to be told meds were not at the store after speaking to the same man. I was charged for meds but have not received them with no apologies or anything . I’m told it’ll only be at the store on Monday- this means 3 days without chronic meds … service excellence not.
