Clicks sucks!!

Whomever thought it's a good idea to frustrate customers really sucks!, you can't tell me that a click and collect is processed elsewhere why the **** would you do that, because it should be done on the store that I selected it should be to cut off the ****en slowness on your store we can't spend 5 hours trying to buy 1 thing and make us wait 3 days n pay 35 just for that item to be delayed what the **** click n collect should eliminate the queues not this stupid nonsense you guys are doing
