Clicks suck

Clicks brackenfell cape gate. You have a system here that gives you a ticket for when a pharmacist can help. Even gives an option that you can enter youre mobile number for a sms for when a pharmacist is ready for you. Oh and the add on the screen reads that your number is reserved. Okay now my problem with this. I was walking in the store. A damn long time btw but was fine. Then i got the sms and tell me that my number will be called soon and i should return to counter. If it took me 10 seconds to get to counter i would be shocked but when i got to counter my number was gone and they said they called the whole time. But the sms i got didnt even say 1minute ago so now i dont understand this. Rather fix this system of yours or go back to the 1st come 1st serve.
