Clicks Suc****!!!!

Wow still no feedback for my previous complaint clicks team is completely useless and not competent enough to assist with basic queries like tracking any order. Your staff promise call backs that they never uphold nor do they apologize for the terrible service, I had to get directly in contact with the courier to arrange delivery for a order that was placed on the 06/05/2020. As a loyal customer im utterly disgusted at the services rendered. What's the point of having customer service, but the customer is doing your staff work. For a reputable business your delivery and tracking system are putrid, please provide your staff with adequate training so that they can actually assist customers and look into upgrading your communications system so that customers are aware if there are any delays.
