Clicks substandard products and their staff don't care

I purchased an Egg boiler (Clicks as advertised on TV) on 4 Jan 2019, after 1 use the (what I thought was stainless steel) boiling plate tarnished. I contacted 2 Clicks stores who said bring it back and it will be replaced. I eventually replaced it at Clicks Secunda. The 2nd one after 1 use tarnished on one side of the boiling plate in exactly the same place as the first one. I returned it to Clicks Broadacres and was told I would need to buy another branded model and pay in approx. R200. What customer satisfaction Ha Ha I consider this to be absolutely disgusting, the product is sub standard and I must now pay more(more than twice as much) to obtain a supposed decent product, since the widely advertised product is useless. I was told by Clicks Secunda that many had been returned - what a surprise. I will never buy a Clicks product again and suggest that no-one else does.
