Clicks store phalaborwa

I am very much disappointed with clicks store, on the 6th of January went to clicks store phalaborwa to buy few baby items including diapers, after paying those items using a bank card cashier by the name of Cynthia told me her system has frozen she told me the transaction will reverse back to my card which it never did, she then called her supervisor Mr mashimbye who also told me it will after 24 hours and that I have to pay again for those items which I did because I needed them, to-date I haven't received my money went the the store several times it's a story after another also tried to call their complaints department since given the ref number and promise to call back they never did today is the 23rd still waiting for my R502.83 to reverse please assist on the matter
