Clicks store phalaborwa

I had a very bad experience at clicks store in phalaborwa, I went there to buy few items baby items diapers and other items which amounted to R502.83. While the cashier by the name of Cynthia was assisting me the system frozen and I was told that as I have payed using a bank card my money will reverse bank which it did not after 10 minutes of waiting, Mr mashimbye apparently he's a supervisor there he ask me to pay again which I did using a different card since that one did not have funds anymore he told me my money will reverse in 24 hours that was on the 6th of January to date I haven't received my money went ro the shop several times it's excuse after another. I tried to contact their customer service department on the 16th they promised to resolved within 24 hours but still nothing from them only the ref that I was given, this really inconvenience me because I had debit orders that suppose to go through on that account on the 15th qnd now I have to pay the unpaid debit orders
