CLICKS STORE FESTIVALL MALL ,KEMPTON PARK

Hello My name is Ayanda I write this with a very heavy and hurt heart,I visited Clicks store to buy medication ,signed documents and unfortunately for me left my phone on the counter ,when I went back after just 2 minutes it was gone,What disturbes me in this matter is when I asked the lady that helped me ,she said she didnt see it ,fine I take that .I reported it to manager but to my amazement no one in the store even bother to ask me what type of phone it is,and to make matters worse when I requested Camera footage ,the answer that I got was they dont have in store,suprisingly so a BIG store like Clicks not having cameras ,but when I look around there are cameras installed at on ceiling ,I really dont understand and also that ,customers dont know that only workers know,not trying to accuse them but this is really not sounding OK to me. I hope this reaches people who really care ,or rather customers be aware that Clicks Festivall Mall ,Kempton Park doesnt have footage if it so happen that you be in the situation as I am in and requires their help.
