Clicks stole my purchase

I went to Blueroute yesterday after making a dress purchase, I was in the store at got the till about about 6:50, my purchase had been ****** and the only people around in the store was the Clicks staff. I told them what had happened and the refused to show me any video footage. Today I called the head office and I got the same pathetic service. There is nothing they can do! I will never shop at Clicks again, they are *******!
