Clicks stole my money

I ordered online on 26 August. My parcel arrived without my eye drops. I phoned Clicks and was told the drops are out of stock and someone from Clicks will contact me. I wrote two emails after that to Clicks wanting my money or my drops. 2 weeks later and still nothing, they stole my money.
