Clicks Stings Customers

Today at the Lonehill store there were signs offering a special of 20% off Revlon bases and foundations. The standard price for Revlon Age Defying 3X Foundation is R289.00. My wife bought this but when we got home there was no discount. She phoned the number on the cash slip and got through to head office. They put her through to the Lonehill branch, where she waited 15 minutes waiting for an answer when the phone went into an engaged signal. She then phoned more numbers from the internet for the branch, which were never answered. She then phoned head office again, and was told she would have to go into the store. Clicks' attitude to customers sucks.
