Clicks still has guts to lie to me about my order from the 30th of May being ready for collection when ots not

How Sad is it that i have been waiting for an online order that i have paid for and i still havent recieved it. What is more sad is that i still have been patient, after being told to wait. This morning i recieved an sms to go collect , wasted my time going there as im told the order is not there and the syatem used when punching the pin says that the pin provided isnt correct.

I hate being **** to and being forced to knock off earlier than usual at work only to get that there is no order waiting for me.sadly even online system shows order is ready for collection. Quite disappointed
