Clicks steels my cash due to incompetant staff.

<p>I went with my Wife on Saterday to do health assesment at clicks West Coats Mall for my Discovery vitality pionts.I gave the nurse my Bankmed Mediacal Aid card.she did the assesment but could not load the outcome on the system and informed us she will do so on monday.I paid R638.00.Monday she contacted me and informed me she had done it incorrectly as she had to claim it from Bankmed and I did not need to pay for it.She informed me to bring my clicks slips to her today and she will refund the amount.So I took my clicks slips to her,signed the Bankmed documents,she sent me to the customer care till to get the cash.At this till they informed me they cannot refund me as they need my credit card,wich I did not have with me as clicks informed me to only bring my clicks slips and they will refund me.I refuse to fetch my card as i drove to the mall with the slips as per their instruction and I am not willing to drive back again for there mistake.they then called a floor manager,that should not even Have a job as she could only come to me and smile and repeat she cannot help me.Why must I have costs to drive to the mall to correct their mistakes and then face a incomepetant manger like this?please give back my money you stole from me and appiont a manger with some brains and cusotmer service s****s.</p>
