Clicks *****s my hard-earned money!

I placed an online order with Clicks on 17 December and expected my order to be delivered to my selected branch in 3 working days! After numerous phone calls and emails in the weeks that followed, I was given the run around about my order and told that someone would "get back to me" which no one ever did. I eventually requested a refund on 12 January as I bought the same product from Dischem online and collected the same day. I sent my ID and bank details to BONILE MAFUYA on 12 January who said I would be refunded in 20 TWENTY WORKING DAYS!! What day and age are they working in that takes 20 days to do an online refund?? 3 weeks later on 9 Feb I followed up on my refund, to which I was told to please send my ID and bank details again!!!! What kind of incompetency and customer service is this??? I will never again buy from Clicks, and whether it's R10 or R100 that I am owed, I will not let this go out of principal!!!!
