Clicks Stanger mall... Not customer friendly nor helpful

Clicks stanger mall. Indian Muslim lady attended to me at the pharmacy, I am a new medical aid member and required assistance with signing up and getting over the counter mediation. She seemed annoyed instantly as it was late I assume. She said her system says my member numbe is not linked to the Id nunber. I explained that my clicks club card has all my old details from gauteng, she rep**** saying well my system is saying it's not you so phone the provider. Gateway clicks listened to my problem and updated the information and I was able to get the medication I need. We all get paid to do a job, if you don't wnwg to help people why are you there?????
