Clicks Stanger Mall dispensed meds incorrectly

Negligent dispensation of prescription meds at Clicks stanger mall. My dad and i are on the same meds. I have my own account linked to my clicks card and dad has his own. So how on earth does my medication get dispensed to a 72 year old man without checking. The dosage i take is way higher than my dads. Yet he was given my meds. We both have different initials. We both share the same address. But how did my meds get dispensed to my dad? Its negligence and should be investigated. This is a life and death situation.
