Clicks staff unprofessional & incompentent

We went to clicks about a month ago to get our original prescriptions & also to cancel the "reminder" for your pills every month. We did this in person as we want the opportunity to go to another pharmacy if we want to. The lady said she did it, but when we wanted to claim our pills it has already been done by the Rand City Branch in Alberton after we cancelled it. We are with Medihelp & we get our prescription cheaper somewhere else, this is why we did it. Now we must again go & reverse the claim as we don't want to use Clicks anymore for our chronic pills! Now we are forced to pay more & we are pensioners (every cent counts). And the best of all, if you phone them to speak to an Afrikaans speaking person, they just put the phone down in your ears! They don't even try to help us to get this reverse!! My husband needs his pills! But why must we pay more due to incompetency!! This is not acceptable & we will not be bul**** because we are old!!! This needs to be rectified! Is this how they treat there clients?
