clicks staff unprofessional behaviour and approach

I Purchased 3 Nestle Giant Rolo from Northvaal Arcade that was on special for R14.95 after leaving the store and checking my slip, to my surprise i was charged R29.95. When i called the store i waited over 30 min before the phone was answered. I spoke to a Charmaine lady who was friendly and willing to give the refund of R45.00. When i went to store to get my refund and return one Rolo package that was rotten Tshepo Mashele claiming she is the manager said the item was not on sale and no refund is due. I then told her ti call Charmaine who already told me to come in for refund. When Charmaine came to the front she say oh she sorry it was not on sale , but the adverti*****t was clear on the shelves. Been an angry customer i told Charmaine its not one how they are operating . Charmaine started screaming at me, Me been the customer and screaming and pointing her finger to my face . Tshepo Mashele claiming she is the manager was laughing in front of me. Saying oh she will call the manager ( Majoko). He came gave the refund but did not even apologise on behalf of his employees rotten behaviour. I guess he is same. I need an Apology from the store on incorrect info and from the staff.
