Clicks staff need to catch a wake up

I was at clicks mall of Africa yesterday, being it a month end weekend I expected it to be very busy, there were about 20 people standing in the queue with just 3 people at the tills, I would understand if the store were short staffed, however there were a whole group of 6 or 7 people standing behind the till points and laughing and talking amongst themselves instead of assisting customers, the one teller had an issue, and non of the supervisors seemed interested to assist her, the service and pathetic assistant of the clicks staff is infuriating! I think that they should spend some time training their existing staff or get new staff that actually know how to work and want to work, or even better, get a manager that can manage the store better! I waited in the queue for such a long time I had even missed an appointment, this level of uselessness is utterly unacceptable, I would rather shop at dischem from now on and I will be sure to spread the word of the utter incompetence that is Clicks @ Mall of Africa
