Clicks Spam SMSs and STOP

I've probably sent 10 STOP SMSs to opt out of Clicks' annoying SPAM SMSs! How poorly is your system implemented that it doesn't respond to me wanting to opt out of this junk? Mind you, I'm pretty sure that I chose not to be sent marketing material when I signed up for my clicks card,
