Clicks Southgate pharmacy

I have been collecting my prescription at clicks Southgate and the service there is horrible, the system thy use is thy always assist self medication customer 1st regardless of the time you got there I always spend an hour waiting for my ticket to be called I would be number 2 and thy would take about 6 self medication people first before me which is really rediculous, this has been going on for past 6months now, I'm really changing pharmacy to discheme.
