Me and a friend had a bad experience at Clicks Southgate Mall today. My friend bumped into a small stool step that was left not attendant on the floor, instead of apologizing and acknowledging their wrong, the merchandiser that saw the incident laughed at us instead of helping and told us we should where we are walking. The disrespect that this individual continued to display was ****ing and insulting that Clicks feels its okay to leave hazardous objects on the floor to hurt people so that they can mock them. Worst part our complain was not taken seriously because of our height. Clicks Southgate Mall will pay for employing insensitive *********** individuals.
