Clicks southgate

Good morning good people On the 23/12/2019 iwent to clicksat southgate to buy some few things i used a card to pay and they debited twice when i asked they said its network it will reverse back within 24 hrs now it the 25th nothing has happened plus the manager was rude i want mh money back or shall i open a case aganist the store for ***** and misleading the client coz this does nkt sit well with me.
