Clicks Southern Centre, Bloemfontein

I recently had a disappointing experience at Clicks Southern Centre with a staff member named Busi. Unfortunately, Busi repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my needs and concerns, showing little interest in actually listening to the customer. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she seemed to find the situation amusing rather than taking it seriously.

After raising the issue with the manager, Judy, I was left even more frustrated. Judy did not seem interested in addressing the staff member’s behavior or in ensuring a better customer experience going forward. This lack of accountability from management is concerning and reflects poorly on the overall leadership at this branch.

With the exception of two male employees who were helpful and professional, the rest of the team appears to be poorly managed. My experience suggests that both staff training and management oversight need significant improvement at this store.

I hope Clicks will take these concerns seriously and work towards providing better service and customer care in the future.
