Clicks somerset mall is selling defective stock

Clicks somerset west selling defective stock and refuses to assist whilst item is still under warranty after providing proof of purchase date and bank statement. Please call me on ***this is unacceptable. If you can not sell quality items than don't ask quality prices . Bought a flat iron from you and been told the item was taken of the market because of defects ....I came in explaining my issue and you just told me you know it is an issue but could still not assist me ...or rather did not want to provide customer service.
