Clicks software on payment

This is the second time when paying for my purchase with my debit card the amount shows x2 on my bank although the cashier cobfurms that rhey didn't receive any payment. The end result I leave with no purchase and double the amount of my bank account. The did reverse the amount after 48 hours. The inconvenience of this as I don't have money to have double payments going off is unjustified. Not to mention the cashier and supervisor admits this is a daily thing.
