Clicks simply does not care.

I had an incident with the assistant manager at Clicks, Lichtenburg Mall. I called the Clicks call center, and spoke to a Lyle. I then had a response from the complaints department, and I expressed that I expected an apology from the assistant manager. They passed on my request to the store Manager. I received a call from the manager, Abel, and he told me that the assistant manager was out of the shop, and would give me a call within a week....it has now been more than 6 weeks, and the assistant manager, Larieth, has still not called me.<br> <br> So my issue is this, I had a complaint, and the issue was never followed up. Whats more is that these are the shop managers...surely we should hold them to a higher standard? Th fact that an area manager did not follow up with a courtesy call indicates how little Clicks cares, and how disorganized they are. <br> <br> If they care so little, I will use the only weapon I have to my disposal...go to Dischem, and tell anyone who will listen to do the same!
