CLICKS - Silveroaks (Pta) *********** Pharmacy

recently processed a script at Clicks Pharmacy (Silveroaks) following dental surgery.

Three (3) of the items were dispensed with wrong instructions. I was instruced to take voltaren soppusiteries per ****** orrally. Temgesic S should be taken orally, not sublingual. Andoloz should be sprayed in the mouth even though it is a mouthwash.

I am worried about the competency of the pharmacists at this branch as the level of service has decreased immensely over the past 3 months. Of the 7 available pharmacy booths, only 2 or 3 are usually occupied (regardless of the time of day) meaning that clients have to stand in very long queues to be helped. During this Covid pandemic, this is surely not standard practice for pharmacies as most people getting their medicine are in fact sick. I usually order my recurring monthly scripts per email, however over the past 3 months my emails are ignored unless I follow-up several times or go into the branch myself.
