In return, I experienced the most horrible screaming from her side and an unpleasant approach. Not only she did not help me, but she also jokes with me and laughed with the rest of the shop staff, using English and especially some local language, at the time in the office mentioned I have admitted “as a human being” my mistake. That day marked my very last day shopping there and at any other Clicks branch. Lack of Service and especially, from a manageress's side, lack of basic Human Decency
