Clicks service very poor

On the 3 of January I purchased 2 items from Clicks Online Shopping. I was told it would take 2/3 Days to get to Clicks Kalahari Mall where I could collect. This is now 15 January 2025 and my parcel have not even being send yet., I used the Clicks live chat site they refuse to acknowledge or answer, I sent 4 emails to Clicks Customer Service with order number, they to haven't had the decency to acknowledge or respond, I have phoned. There is absolutely no service at all!!! Can somebody please help me!!! Order #***
