CLICKS Service SUCKS

So i have been in contact with Clicks complaints department and customer service department due to a flat iron i bought that doesnt heats up like is should. i emailed and kept on emailing them, i sent through, receipts and information from the flat iron that was requested from me. They wanted pictures of the item as well and after emailing the images i can no longer get through to any of their email address to send through what was requested. My emails keep on bouncing back. i tried the next few days everyday and left it for weeks to try again still the same issue. i even tried to start the process over but can no longer get in touch. its pathetic. soon my item expires from its guarantee and i will no longer be able to claim for a new one or my current one to be fixed. Clicks service sucks and no call was ever made from them as im sure im on the system as a complaints customer.
