Clicks service is uncalled for!

I have a problem with the service received from the Clicks stores in the townships. 1st we wait at a long que at the pharmacy because only 1 or 2 people are working. After waiting for almost 30 minutes there we have to join another long que for paying at the till. There you find cashiers who either do not want to work or maybe they are taking advantage of the fact that they are serving only black people so according to them "what's the rush?".

I am tired of the undermining service received from Clicks, management must either decide if they don't require our support or they should consider serious customer service training because this is uncalled for.

I live in Mamelodi and the service from there and in Attredgeville is horrible!!
