Clicks service is pathetic

Clicks is suppose to number 1 but clearly they don't care about their loyal customers. I ordered a few things online including nappies for my son,did the click and collect option on Wednesday today is Sunday and I received an sms Friday morning informing me it is at clicks amalinda east london but they will notify me when it's ready for collection I am still waiting! I thought by Sunday (today) I would have my son's nappies but now I have to spend more money and buy more nappies because I am scared I will run out. I know with Dischem day and a half was the longest I've waiting for my click and collect option I love how fast they are but now with clicks seems like you wait a whole week? Then what is the point of click and collect? Don't give your customers options like this if you don't prioritize them and leave there item laying in your storeroom. This is really pathetic honestly clicks has become so shady I even realized not once or twice but four times the prices on the shelf is not the same when you get to the till its like 4 rand or 5 rand more which is actually false advertising. And next time I am going to take photos of the prices one the shelf and my receipt and expose this false advertising. Even when you have sales you say things are marked down but it's exactly the same price, this i noticed after Christmas I bought Christmas gifts and after Christmas it went on sale but it was exactly the same price I bought it for previously.
