Clicks service

Will never forget the bad experience I endured at Clicks Hemingways from the manager and from their head office. How they made me feel less of a human and made me feel bad for phoning them about the product I purchased from that that damaged my face. The manager didn't even wanna look at my face when I showed him what the product had done. He just told me about their policy and no sorry nothing. I decided to phone head office and received even worse service and experience from them aswell like they were taking the whole thing as a joke coz I'm the one who constantly had to phone them and ask what are they doing about the whole thing.

I never wanna see clicks again after this experience. I've supported them for years and one thing goes wrong and this is the service I get from them. My face had very bad ****les with puss and it was swollen, even emailed pictures but still nothing was done about it. I'm still trying to recover from it. My face is still burning. But I will never support them again.
