<p>So back in July last year I bought a travel mug (the one you press to open). Then November the pressing button on the lid stopped working. I kept on using it but opening the whole instead of drinking directly from the lid. Then the bottom part of it started coming loose then on the 31st of December I decided to return it to the store where I originally bought it. I got a replacement of the same cup but the first time I used it, it was leaking between the lid and the bottom of the cup. Then finally today I decided to return that one too. What a horrible experience I received from the supervisor Sandra! First she disputed the fact that I had 6 months to return defective Clicks items so I waited for her to do her research on the policy! When she came back from her research she came back with the cup with water in it and told me that there was no water leaking! Since she didn't "catch me on the the lie" about the policy she thought to "catch" me on the lie about the leakage. I held the the cup horizontally, as I would when I drink from it and it started leaking! I told her that I still want the same cup but a functioning one the called the manager, who ever that is, they didn't even take the time to come see me and hear my complaint personal as I initially requested for the manager! The manager told her that she should not give me a replacement of the same cup as it will, again, not work for me! Wow, now all the way from their high-poor-service horses they knew what would and would not work for me! As that cup is the only kind with that press down lid which worked wonders for me for almost 4 months, I asked for my money back and I got it but I wanted the cup instead and I was willing to drive up and down for it, only to be told that "a replacement will not work for you too"! The cups didn't even have the same issue and as the customer I wanted it regardless but I didn't get it! All the way from Khayelitsha driving to Somerset West for the cup, I have only R80 to show for it and I am cupless!!!! I skipped Promenade as they didn't have but still I don't have the cup! What a waste of my petrol! And now I paid for petrol and lost my beloved cup! Gee, thanx!</p>
